Where to Stay

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Sierra Suites in Waltham; mention the Pomerantz-Traub wedding to get one of these rooms. The price is $99 per night plus tax.

However we have learned that a couple of people have gotten $89 rates. So try asking for the lower rate.

Just down the street is the Homestead Boston Waltham which lists some studios at $89 and the Summerfield Suites Hotel Waltham next door.

There are numerous hotels closer in to Boston if you don’t mind paying more. Try the Hotel Guide Boston or Hotel Discounts for starters, or do a Google search to explore many more sites.

“Bed and Breakfast” inns are an appealing alternative to hotels and many feature colonial architecture, antique furniture and a New England ambiance not found in hotels.  They tend to be more expensive but if you are interested, try Bed and Breakfast Associates or Bed and Breakfast Inns of North America for some ideas.

If you have AAA membership, you may get a discount.  If you are retired, ask for the AARP rate.
